Built for how toy companies buy

For packaging engineers

Samples before commitment

Request a sample book and get physical finishes on the actual substrates we run — not swatches from a supplier catalog. We respond to structural and finish questions directly, without routing through a sales layer.

For sourcing teams

No surprises at approval

Every quote itemizes substrate, board weight, coatings, and compliance documents as separate line items. Audit reports, ISO certificates, and factory visits are available without a special request.

For licensed lines

We know the approval sequence

Disney FAMA-authorized. We manage the full licensor workflow — pre-production proof, physical production sample, inline press measurement — so your approvals don't become your bottleneck.

When ECG is worth it for toy packaging

7-color ECG adds Orange, Green, and Violet to CMYK - covering 82% of Pantone within ΔE 2.5. For toy packaging, ECG pays when:

  • Signature character colors - licensed orange, green, teal, or violet that must match the approved Pantone exactly
  • Lifestyle photography on packaging where skin tones, sky gradients, and foliage need to hold true
  • Side-by-side SKUs where color variation across reorders is visible at retail
  • Saturated fills and gradients in character illustration that CMYK shifts or bands

Standard CMYK is sufficient when the packaging is primarily text, neutrals, and simple flat graphics. Both processes run on the same press and G7-calibrated workflow.
