Every stage of production under one roof
Sinso has operated as Ningbo Sinso Printing Co., Ltd. since 1998. Our 15,000 sqm production floor in the Fenghua High-tech Development Zone runs prepress through binding without subcontracting any stage of the color-critical work.
Production stages
- 01 — Prepress. File preparation, color separation, and G7-calibrated digital proofing. RGB-native separations are generated here for ECG jobs; CMYK files are handled on parallel workflow.
- 02 — Printing. Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 in 8-color configuration. Inline color measurement on every run. G7 Master Printer-certified press operators sign off against the approved proof, not by eye.
- 03 — Coating. Aqueous, UV, soft-touch lamination, matte/gloss varnish, spot UV. Coatings can be applied inline on the XL 75 or off-line for finishes that require curing.
- 04 — Die-cutting. Folding cartons, set-up boxes, display units, blister card backers. Tooling produced in-house; sample dies turn within the 7–10 day proof window.
- 05 — Binding and assembly. Gluing, foil stamping, embossing/debossing, magnetic-closure rigid box assembly, window patching, and final QC against the approved sample.

What we don't do
- Flexible packaging (pouches, films, flow wrap)
- Corrugated shipper boxes (we partner for outer master cartons)
- Fulfillment and warehousing inside the US
- Public pricing — quotes are job-specific and depend on substrate, finishing, and run length
